All Sweet Memories treats are baked to order and packed in airtight, insulated packaging with cold packs when necessary to ensure they arrive at your door tasting oven-fresh.

What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
How long will my treats stay fresh once they arrive?
Most of our baked goods stay fresh for 5-7 days when stored in a cool, dry place. For longer storage, many items can be frozen for up to three months in their original packaging.
